Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of goods by Rigana UK Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to Customers (“you”, “your”) within the United Kingdom and internationally.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all sales made via our website, email, or direct communication.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
1.4 In the event of a pricing error caused by human or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the price and will contact you for confirmation before processing the order.

2. Pricing and VAT
2.1 All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
2.2 For UK customers, VAT will be applied at the prevailing current rate (currently 20%).
2.3 For international customers, VAT treatment depends on who arranges the shipment.

2.3.1 Customers Outside the UK Using Their Own Courier
2.3.1.1 If you (the customer) arrange for your own courier to collect and export the goods from the UK:
a. The sale can be zero-rated (0% VAT) only if you provide valid proof of export, such as:
i. A commercial invoice
ii. Transport documentation
iii. Confirmation from the courier that the goods were delivered outside the UK
b. If you do not provide valid proof of export, UK VAT will be charged, even if the goods have left the country.

2.3.2 We Use Our Courier to Export Goods
If we arrange the courier and export the goods outside the UK:
2.3.2.1 The goods are classed as a direct export.
2.3.2.2 The sale can be zero-rated if:
a. Goods are dispatched outside the UK within 3 months of the date of sale.
b. We retain sufficient evidence of export, including:
i. Tracking details
ii. Signed delivery notes
iii. Airway bills or transport documentation
2.3.2.3 Zero-rating is not automatic — HMRC requires strict evidence that the goods physically left the UK.
2.4 These export VAT rules apply to goods only, not services or digital products, which follow separate VAT treatment.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Full payment must be received prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal, and SWIFT. Additional payment methods may be offered at our discretion.
3.4 All payments are processed securely through trusted and encrypted payment gateways or financial institutions.
3.5  When making a bank transfer or SWIFT payment, customers must include the relevant order reference or company name to avoid delays in processing.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.
4.3 Risk transfers to you upon delivery or collection by your appointed courier.
