Shipping / Delivery

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Lead-Time Products: Items marked with a lead time on the product page will require additional processing time before dispatch.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, stock availability, and external factors.

1.2 Products with specified lead times may take longer than standard delivery timeframes.

1.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

1.4 Risk transfers to you upon delivery or upon collection by your appointed courier.

Returns

To request a return, please email info@riganauk.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Returns and Refunds

2.1 UK consumers have the right to return goods within 14 working days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.2 To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
  2.2.1 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  2.2.2 You must notify us in writing of your intent to return within 14 working days of receipt.
  2.2.3 Any incorrect, defective, or damaged goods must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
  2.2.4 Incorrect or damaged goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt.
  2.2.5 All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, including the invoice and signed delivery note or waybill.
  2.2.6 Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
  2.2.7 Refunds will only be processed upon written confirmation from the customer, accompanied by confirmed banking details.

2.3 All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection by Rigana’s QA department. Approval must be granted prior to accepting returned goods.

2.4 A handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged on all approved returns and exchanges.

2.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, provided all return conditions are met.

2.6 For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return costs, including any duties or customs clearance fees.

2.7 Goods that are correctly supplied cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the date of receipt.

2.8 The following goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery:
– Personalised or customised items
– Special order or buy-out items
– Goods that have been used or are not in original condition

2.9 Defective goods will only be exchanged for the same item.

2.10 In the event of a warranty return:
  2.10.1 The customer is responsible for returning the goods for assessment.
  2.10.2 If the warranty claim is validated, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
  2.10.3 The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the goods.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery (as required in Section 2.2.3).

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit upon inspection in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
