Description

Used for detecting suspended water in Jet A1 fuel that cannot be detected by visual inspections.
They are manufactured to a high-quality requirement for reliable testing throughout the fuel supply chain.
The presence of water is indicated by a change in colour of the centre portion of the detector capsule.Changes from faint yellow to green if water is detected. Each box contains 8 tubes with 10 capsules per tube.
(Total: 80 Shell Water detectors). Shell water detector tubes have flip caps, these are easy to open and seal with one hand while wearing gloves. Used together with syringes.
