Rigana`s exchange and returns policy:

We will gladly exchange or refund goods purchased from Rigana UK, provided that: –

• You have a valid proof of purchase.
• Incorrect goods received are to be reported within 48 hours.
• Damaged goods received due to negligence by our courier/delivery, are to be reported within 24 hours, provided the POD is endorsed.
• Goods are to be returned in their original packaging, provided the goods have not been used.

All returns/exchanges will have to pass Rigana UK`s quality assurance check and will require Rigana UK`s approval.

A 10% (max to £70.00), administrative fee will be applicable on all returns and exchanges.

All refunds will be done after 7 working days
